Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup grated beet
  • cup mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Step one: Place berries, beet, chia seeds, and mint in a freezer-safe jar. or resealable plastic bag. Put in the freezer overnight - or until your ingredients have frozen.
  • Step two: Add the almond milk together with the frozen ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Serve in tall glasses and top off with fresh strawberries and mint leaves( optional).

Notes

This recipe adds up to two tall glasses of smoothie.
