Step one: Place berries, beet, chia seeds, and mint in a freezer-safe jar. or resealable plastic bag. Put in the freezer overnight - or until your ingredients have frozen.
Step two: Add the almond milk together with the frozen ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Serve in tall glasses and top off with fresh strawberries and mint leaves( optional).
