Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup grated beet
  • cup mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  • Step one: Place berries, beet, chia seeds, and mint in a freezer-safe jar. or resealable plastic bag. Put in the freezer overnight – or until your ingredients have frozen.
  • Step two: Add the almond milk together with the frozen ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Serve in tall glasses and top off with fresh strawberries and mint leaves( optional).
